Founded in 1986, Sweeney, Gallo, Reich & Bolz LLP is dedicated to representing individuals and families who have legal issues involving estates, including the administration and probate of estates, will and trust contests, representation or removal of fiduciaries, recovering wrongfully transferred assets, wrongful death proceedings, spousal right of election, protection of beneficiary rights, proof of heirs, will and trust construction, contested powers of attorney and contested accountings. We also provide experienced counsel for businesses involved in complex commercial and business litigation, including shareholder dissolutions, partnership disputes and partition actions.
Our attorneys represent the mortgage banking industry throughout the State of New York in residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings and REO closings. We assist lenders in loss mitigation, modification agreements and senior lien monitoring.
Sweeney, Gallo, Reich & Bolz LLP has an experienced mortgage origination department, servicing the banking industry. Closing loans since 1987, we have closed thousands of residential and commercial loans throughout the five Boroughs and Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
We have worked on major cooperative housing projects, including bulk closings for the industry. We review title, clear exceptions, schedule the closings, conduct pre and post quality control review, document production and client reviews.
