The Law Firm, in addition to handling FANNIE MAE and FREDDIE MAC foreclosures, also handles FHA and VA mortgage foreclosures, home equity and second mortgage foreclosures, and all related bankruptcy proceedings. While our office handles a large referral volume, we treat each file with the attention needed to facilitate the needs of our client and what is required for the mortgagor. Loss mitigation is a major initiative in our office. We were the sole New York attorneys for a major lender in New York, spearheading a loss mitigation initiative, which was successful and eventually assumed by the client.
